02 / DELIVERY
Engineering and integration.
The equipment, control power and software are designed together. The same engineering team carries the work from the first single-line review through commissioning.
01 / HARDWARE
Integrated skids and auxiliary power distribution.
Integrated skids bring the required equipment interfaces into a defined assembly. Auxiliary power distribution supplies the controls and supporting equipment, with two sources where the critical-power design requires them.
Control panels bring together sub-block controllers, network interfaces and power distribution. Controller pairing and power-source changeover follow the system availability design.
02 / INTERFACES
Protocol integration and plant control.
Battery management systems, power conversion systems (PCS), switchgear and meters need agreed data models and command priorities. Battalion develops equipment mappings, handles communication loss and checks control behavior before site operation.
Integration connects the field equipment to Battalion EMS and the operator’s systems. Battalion’s supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) collects the field values and manages command-point authority. The Battalion power plant controller (PPC) distributes setpoints within battery and interconnection limits. The scope includes interface documentation and the signals needed for operation and fault diagnosis.
03 / FIELD WORK
Commissioning starts with the factory checks.
Factory integration checks the assembled controls and equipment interfaces. Site commissioning verifies the installation, operating sequences, alarms and response to loss of communications.
The handover includes the configuration, operating limits and records from the checks. Engineering support continues into operation.
04 / FIRST REVIEW
The proposal starts from the project constraints.
Bring the single-line diagram, load profile, market and delivery requirements. Proposals and request for proposal (RFP) responses are produced with an internal analysis platform, so answers come back in days.
Modeling and optimization can establish the size, duration and operating duty before the integration scope is fixed.
