LEGAL / PRIVACY

Privacy policy.

This policy covers the battalion.energy website. It says what we collect, why, who processes it for us and what you can do about it. Last updated 2026-10-02.

01 / WHO WE ARE

Battalion Energy, Inc. is the controller.

Battalion Energy, Inc., 1000 Main Street, Suite 2300, Houston, Texas 77002, United States, operates this website and decides how the data described here is used. Questions and requests go to contact@battalion.energy.

02 / WHAT WE COLLECT

Form entries, usage data and cookies.

Forms. When you request information, request the spec sheet or sign up for updates, we collect what you type: name, company, company email address, what you are evaluating, and your consent to be contacted. Submissions from personal email providers are declined before anything is stored.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, from which countries and through which channels. It sets cookies and records page views, scroll depth, outbound clicks, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, browser and device type, and the pages visited in a session. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it runs only after you accept it.

Server data. Pages are served through Amazon CloudFront. We do not keep access logs. Form submissions are processed by a function that stores the entry and emails it to our team.

03 / WHY

To answer your request and to understand how the site is used.

Form entries are used to reply to you and, where you agreed, to send updates. The legal basis in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. Usage data is used to improve the site and to understand interest in our products. The legal basis is consent where consent is required, and otherwise our legitimate interest in operating a business website. We do not sell form entries. We do not use the data for advertising.

04 / WHO PROCESSES IT

Amazon Web Services and Google.

Amazon Web Services (United States) hosts the site, stores form entries and sends the notification email. Google LLC (United States) provides Google Analytics. Each processes data on our instructions under its own data processing terms. Data is stored in the United States. Transfers from the European Economic Area and United Kingdom rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses.

05 / HOW LONG

Until you ask, or until it is no longer needed.

Form entries are kept while we are in contact with you about a project or while you are subscribed to updates, and deleted on request. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Cookie lifetimes are set by each tool and are listed in their documentation.

06 / YOUR CHOICES

Cookie choices, access, correction, deletion and opt-out.

You can change your cookie choice at any time through the Privacy choices link in the footer. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by emailing contact@battalion.energy. Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom also have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

California residents. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights.

07 / CHANGES

This page carries the date of its last change.

We update this policy when the site or the tools behind it change. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
